What you get

Three formats of cooperation. You decide the volume — there is no minimum.

Pro bono service for the fund

You are a professional or a company ready to cover, free of charge, something that would otherwise be a cost to the fund: bookkeeping, legal support, design, development, logistics.

Process

How it works

From the first email to publication is usually two weeks. The longest part is agreeing the page text, because we publish nothing without your confirmation.

Publicity is your call. Some partners deliberately do not advertise helping the army because of foreign counterparties or staff safety. We respect that: in that case your help is counted in the aggregate figures without naming you.

You write to us

Through the form below or at [email protected]. Describe what you can give: a service, goods, work or money.

We check it against real needs

We reply within two working days and tell you plainly whether it is relevant right now. If not, we explain why and what is needed instead.

We put it on paper

A charitable aid contract, or a letter of agreement for services. You receive the charter, the non-profit register extract and all closing documents.

We publish only if you want us to

We prepare the partner page and agree the text with you before publishing. If you do not want publicity, we publish nothing — the help is no smaller for it.

What people usually ask

No. A partner page goes both to a company that handed over ten vehicles and to a doctor who consults two people a week. What matters is regularity and whether it meets a real need.

Yes. Tick it in the form and we publish neither the name nor the logo. Your help is counted anonymously in the aggregate figures. We publish nothing without your written consent.

A charitable aid agreement, a transfer act, the charter and an extract from the Register of Non-Profit Organisations. That is enough to treat the contribution as an expense under Ukrainian tax law.

Cover for the fund what would otherwise be its expense: accounting, legal support for contracts, transport and storage of goods, website development and support, audit. Every such service directly reduces the need for the administrative direction — which frees donors’ money for the brigade.
